He's the founder and chief instructor of the MINDSET self-defence system, Charlie boasts a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years. For the last fifteen years, Charlie and his team have been conducting self-defense workshops for corporate, community-based, and non-profit organizations in New Zealand. Now, he's brought the close quarters combat based system to Adelaide. Teaching out of a gym in Croydon Park he offers one-on-ones, small group classes, women's workshops and by the end of 2024 he's looking at regular weekly classes for teens, adults and females only.
